Tasting Notes
Bright pale lemon colour with green hints. Expressive notes of lime and green apples with herbaceous hints of lime leaf and fresh-cut grass. Palate is crisp and aromatic, with vibrant acidity and a fresh citrus finish.
Terroir and Viticulture
Vineyards located in the Curico valley. Deep fertile soils with loam clay texture. Warm temperate climate with a Mediterranean rainfall regime and a wide range diurnal range.
Vinification
Mechanical harvesting during the last week of February. Fermentation in stainless steel at cool temperatures. Wine aged on its lees for 2-3 months before bottling.
Food pairing
Perfect for drinking on its own or with seafood, poultry, salads and fresh cheeses.

Tasting Notes
Straw-lemon colour with golden highlights. Intense floral notes of acacia with fresh lemon and notes of peach. Good levels of well-balanced, vibrant acidity, with hints of exotic fruits on the finish.

Vineyards located in the Curico valley. Deep soils of clay mixture. Warm temperate climate with a Mediterranean rainfall regime and a wide range diurnal range.
Vinification
Combination of hand and machine harvest during first two weeks of March. Immediate press and fermentation in stainless steel at cool temperatures (16 and 18 °C). Wine aged on fine lees for 2-3 months before bottling.
Food pairing
Perfect for drinking on its own or with meaty fish dishes, poultry, rice and creamy-based pastas.

Vinification
Combination of hand and machine harvest between end of March and end of April. Short maceration period of 10-12 days with open delestage. Fermented between 26-28°C. Settled in stainless steel tanks for 3 months before blending and bottling.
Food pairing
Ideal with steaks, venison, sausages, gourmet burgers and other grilled meats, as well as tomato-based rice and pasta dishes.
